Evidence Checked
Identity, DBS and qualification documents are reviewed against the original evidence, never taken on trust.
References Verified
Two references are requested and confirmed directly with referees, with a controlled fallback route where needed.
Sector Clearance
Children's Services and Adult Services are cleared independently, so you always know exactly what someone is approved for.
Placement Ready
Only candidates who pass every check are marked ready — always an explicit sign-off by our team, never automatic.
