A simple way to start your care search

Find Carers is designed to make the care search process easier — whether you're looking for a provider, exploring support options or trying to understand what type of care may be available.

Step 1: Search or Submit a Request

Users can browse care providers by category or location, or submit a care request if they would like help identifying suitable options. The more information provided, the easier it is to understand the type of support being sought.

Step 2: Review Available Information

Provider profiles may include descriptions, service areas, contact details, categories, photographs, website links, training or compliance information, and other details submitted by the provider.

Step 3: Make Contact

Users can contact providers directly or send an enquiry through Find Carers where available. Providers are responsible for responding to enquiries and explaining their services, availability, fees and assessment process.

Step 4: Carry Out Checks

Before choosing a service, clients should ask questions, check registration where required, understand fees, confirm insurance, review safeguarding arrangements and ensure the provider is suitable for the individual's needs.

Our Role as a Platform

Find Carers supports discovery and introductions. We do not guarantee availability, suitability, regulatory status, pricing or care outcomes. Users should make their own checks before entering into any agreement.

Can Find Carers choose a provider for me?
We can help you understand options and direct enquiries, but the final choice remains with the client or family.
Is every provider regulated by CQC?
Not every care-related service requires CQC registration. Where personal care is provided in England, registration may be required depending on the activity and arrangement.
